W rk Begun on Waity Building.

Yesterday morning work was begun on the Waity building which is to be erected on King street next to the Metropolitan M at Mark-t. The building will be of brick with stucco finish two stories high, with a frontage of T 5 feet and a depth of 70 f-et O. G. Traphag- n is the architect.
