New Assignments Given Desha, Hao

Big lsland Trustee Piilani Desha has been named chairperson of OHA's Committee on Culture with newly-appointed Molokai Trustee Louis Hao as vice chairman. The assignments were announced by Chairman Joseph Kealoha at the Board of Trustees meeting Sept. 13 on Kauai. In addition to the vice chairmanship, Hao will also serve on the Education/Human Services, Resource Development, and Planning and Development Committees. Desha previously was vice chairperson of the Culture Committee.
