Entrepreneur receives state, national accolades

Raymond Jardine Jr., Hawai'i's Small Business Person of the Year,

has been named second runner-up for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Small Business Person of the Year Award. Jardine is chairman and CEO of Native Hawaiian Veterans, a eompany that provides management in areas such as homeland security, emergency management, staffing, communications and information technology. Native Hawaiian Veterans is a service-disabled veteran owned small business.
