SUMMER INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN NATURAL RESOURCES

The Pacific lnternship Programs for Exploring Science is seeking interns for summer 201 5. PIPES works to boost the recruitment and retention of loeal students, especially those of Native Hawaiian ancestry, into study and careers related to the natural resources of Hawai'i and the Pacific region. PIPES coordinates three internship programs: Micronesian & Amehean Samoan Student lnternship Program, University of Hawai'i Hawaiian lnternship Program and the Research Experience Program for Undergraduates funded by the Nahonal Science Foundation. Undergraduate students looking for a summer internship opportunity with agencies and organizations in the areas of conservation science, natural resource management and environmental education are encouraged to apply.
