Motion to move to approve : Motion passes with nine A YES Trustee Dan Ahuna moves to approve the Committee on Resource Management holds a Limited Meeting, as defined in HRS § 92-3.1. on February 5, 2020 for the purpose of completing a site tour of OHA-owned Kaka'ako Makai parcels as listed below. In addition, the Board of Trustees specifically finds that it is necessary to hold the limited meeting and further specifies that public attendance is impracticable and one of the meeting locations is dangerous to the health and safety of the public.
